Nameless Flower Bud

It's the last Monday of calendar year 2009 and I'm back on my office desk again. I just had my first report for the day and before continuing the rest of the lined-up reports I'll take a break first and post something for Mondays.

Mondays are meme's day for Mellow Yellow and Macro Monday. So here's my entry for today, a yellow flower bud, very common and can be found anywhere and crap I don't know what the name is (oopps! sorry). Anyway I need to do some research later and hope I can come back and edit (hopefully! lol!).

    Oh, this is very beautiful! I love the composition - gentle lines, wonderful color, perfect rule of the thirds!

    makes me think of a gardenia, but I think they are white.

    Lovely! Makes me think of the flower that my mother called 'candle flower' , buds are almost the same.
