Autumn Like?

"The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts. Think only on those things that are in line with your principles and can bear the light of day. The content of your character is your choice. Day by day, what you choose, what you think, and what you do is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny ... it is the light that guides your way."

The Coconut Nut

Do you remember the song about coconuts? Well I do when I took this photo. The song entitle "Da Coconut Nut" was written by Ryan Cayabyab and sung by the group Smokey Mountain. The song is so fun to listen and indeed the tells the truth about coconuts. Here's the lyrics for you to read, I'll try to embed the video later. wink*

The coconut nut is a giant nut
If you eat too much, you'll get very fat
Now, the coconut nut is a big, big nut
But its delicious nut is not a nut

It's the coco fruit (it's the coco fruit)
Of the coco tree (of the coco tree)
From the coco palm family

There are so many uses of the coconut tree
You can build a big house for the family
All you need is to find a coconut man
If he catch the tree, he gets the fruit free

The coconut bark for the kitchen floor
If you save some of it, you can build the door
Now, the coconut trunk, do not throw this junk
If you save some of it, you'll have a second floor

The coconut wood is very good

It can stand 20 years if you create (?) wood
Now, the coconut fruit, to tell you the truth
You can probe it or use it as firewood

The coconut leaves could shade it gives
For the roof, for the walls up against the eaves
Now, the coconut fruit, say my relatives
Make good cannonballs up against the eaves

Olé!

This is my SkyWatch Friday for Today! Enjoy!

LP: Publiko (Public)

I missed joining Filipino Photos, so today I've tried my best to joined this week's theme "Public". The photo I'm sharing was taken while waiting for my husband at the third floor of the biggest mall in Iligan City. I've looked down and took the photos of people at the ground floor. Some inquiring for cookwares and some are asking for the brand new car's price.

Ang lugar na ito ay tunay na pampubliko. This place truly belongs to the public.

My Page Got Redirected

I was wondering why my page got redirected every time I open it. It redirects to a site called dropaholics and it says my page had expired. I am confuse why a blog hosted by blogspot will expire when it has to be a free blog hosting site. I've searched the internet for an answer but to no avail.

I spent hours exploring my blog, trying to find what seems to be the problem and I remembered putting a widget before about entrecard dropaholics, may be that has caused the problem.

Went into my list and removed the "dropaholics widget" and viola I had my problem solved.Thank God!Hope everything will be alright from now on. Sorry if I have to remove the widget. :(
