Pretty Lilium

I believe this flower belongs to the family of Lilium a flowering plants growing from perennial bulbs. Took this near a friend's house. So lovely against a bed of yellow flowers.

Let's look at her closely.

Took a close-up photo using only a 18-55mm canon kit lens.

  4. I just bought a new lily similar to yours and it is blooming its heart out. My are they gorgeous flowers and so aromatic. Your second macro with the curling stamens is wonderfully captures. Nice photography. Genie
