Water Fountain at Pulangi HEP


I took this photo at the lobby of Pulangi 4 Hydro Power Plant main building when we attended an orientation meeting with the plant's personnel last week. Taken using my nokia N86 mobile phone, my savior whenever I'm too lazy to carry my camera.

    Where's this Pulangi Hydro Power Plant exactly located? Just by looking at the fountain, I think the place is beautiful, isn't it?
