Untitled Jersey City Project - TV Series To Look Forward To

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Untitled Jersey City Project for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

UNT_091311_Title_bmb_v01.ai (1 page)

Have you heard about the Untitled Jersey City Project? If not it as an upcoming TV series based of drama and crime. I have seen few clips in the internet and it really made me asked for more. The eight short episodes are full of thrills and mysteries and these scenes are just part of a larger picture that kept me hanging and I can’t wait to see what the next episode is.

Untitled Jersey City Project is a story set amidst the fast developing Jersey City waterfront, a shining new city being built, just across the river from Manhattan. Although new buildings were being built but the rules of the game is still the same, everyone has something to gain – money, fame and power. After all these 3 are what making the world go round in this gritty town called Jersey City.

Let’s see how a working class kid Frank who studied Architecture in Columbia, New York City survived in this crazy world full of mysteries that he needs to solve and live on.

Untitled Jersey City Project is an experiment, a work-in-progress television drama that will surely give us a different drama viewing experience.

Want a Suiting Makeover?

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Express for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

After graduating from college, a person like me who’s only hope to improve life’s financial situation is to have a decent job. As a fresh graduate and a young professional I had to undergo series of job interviews. Looking good and presentable in front of the prospected employers is a must, thus I had to invest on professional looking yet fashionable women's suits.

Have you heard of Express? Express is one of the most sought after apparel brand for working executive and professionals that I definitely come to love. Their suits can be worn not only at work but also on play, date, night out or just everyday. They have vast selections of sexy, trendy styled suits with wide variety of colors that will definitely fit your taste.

And guess what, Express sweepstakes is in the air right now and they are giving away $500 suiting makeover only from Express. I’ll definitely check this out and get a chance to win. Now that I have landed a job, my closet still has space for more trendy suits and I’m eyeing for those in photos above.

How about you which suits do you like and why?

Ready to Take-Off

On board a Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 bound for Davao City, I was able to take these snaps from inside the aircraft while readying to take-off. I only have few seconds of chance to capture these signage, and I was successful. Thanks to DSLR's multi-shot capability for making photo capture while inside a fast moving vehicle possible. winks*

Postcard-Like Scene

This is my entry to the Techie She Lucky Blogger Weekly Giveaways Week 19. This week’s prize is $10 paypal credits from Ruby of Postcard Enthusiast.

I wanted to try collecting postcards around the world. Aside from the fact that it's one of the latest craze in the cyber world but receiving those from people you only get to know on the net is awesome, plus a chance to get to know those beautiful places even just through postcards is already like personally traveling around the world.

But as of now I cannot get into the craze yet because I don't have registered postal box, and I don't intend to get one right now because of the not so good humors that I've heard about the postal office here in the city. Maybe by next year after our transfer to CDO I can reconsider.

For now, I'm sharing to you my first ever postcard like sunset that I have photographed in 2009 using a DSLR camera at Zamboanga City.

This photo was first posted here and I'm sharing it again for you to give your constructive criticisms.

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Sky at Davao Gulf

In just few minutes the sun will finally set but the sky was still dark with gray clouds. I was waiting for a fierce orange sky but was not lucky to catch one. On this very the day this is how the sky at Davao Gulf looks like with just a light shade of orange trying to peek between heavy clouds.

The Green Hopper

I think this green fellow belongs in the grasshopper family.

I looked up for the same specie in the internet a while ago before hitting the publish button for this post but I wasn't able to find one.

Thus, I'll be calling him the Green Hopper for now, maybe some other time I'll get to see him via Mr. G. sharing this post for

Little Yellow Flower

This little yellow flower is unnoticeable when alone

but can definitely beautify your surroundings if you see them in group.

Outside the Window

Whenever I'm to board an aircraft I always ask the attendant for a seat by the window, because I love to look out and take snaps of different clouds just few feet away from me.

We always look up to see how beautiful clouds are against the bright blue sky but if you're up there it's definitely the opposite thing, you'll be able to see how beautiful clouds and the scenes are below.

Being able look at God's creations from above gives off a very awesome feeling, that's how I felt every time I took photos inside an aircraft.

Hairy Crown Flower

At first, I thought this hairy flower is from a fruit bearing plant "guava" but after scrutinizing it closely, I found out that it's some kind of ornamental plant. And as usual I do not what it's called.

On times like this, doing some sort of flower name guessing, I always remember my mom who knows a lot about flowers, and she had memorized most of them but she's gone now I can't ask her anymore.

So for now, I'm doing another flower naming game and this time I'll name this pretty one as "hairy crown flower", agree? lol...

By the way the the next picture is on her bud stage, a bead like flower that turn into a messy hair flower. cute isn't it?

Since, I'm already doing some sort of game here, how about I'll some more twist by converting the first photo into sepia and black and white. Which to you think had stood out?
