The eye of Typhoon Pablo with international name Bopha had hit Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines at approximately 12 noon yesterday and stayed for at least 1 hour moving west towards Dumaguete City with strong winds of 101-185kph.
As of this writing Typhoon Pablo is located near Puerto Princesa Palawan, Philippines.

With slight rain and heavy winds this is how the direction of the winds before the eye of the Typhoon had hit our City yesterday around 11:23AM taken outside our home.
At 12:48PM with the eye of the typhoon in the vicinity strong to intense winds were changing directions.
After the the passing by of the eye of the Typhoon, heavy rains had started pouring at past 1PM.
People in Cagayan de Oro City are still traumatized because of Typhoon Sendong that hit the City on December 16 last year that killed more than 2000. This time the people are all aware and alert.
And We thank you LORD for keeping us all safe this time.

We heard here in the States that this was heading towards the Philippines. I hope you continue to be safe.
