They may look like flowering plants but actually they are weeds in the rice fields. But no matter how you look at it they also give beautiful blooms and should be appreciated as well. After all

Photos taken using my Samsung Galaxy S2 Smartphone. I was trying out the macro focus of the it's 8MP camera. So far so good! Although I wasn't able to get a cleaner background unlike the DSLR.

I like both the quotes you and Cathy shared about weeds. This one is so beautiful that I'd be hard pressed to call it a weed. Growing in a rice field, though, I guess may qualify it. I'd be tempted to transplant this little lovely.
