Hello friends, I'm back online after 5-days vacation. My share for today is a pretty flowering plant straight from Davao City and her name is Guzmania.
According to wikipedia, Guzmania is a genus of the botanical family Bromeliaceae, subfamily Tillandsioideae. The genus name is for Anastasio Guzman, a Spanish pharmacist and naturalist.
Guzmania has different species under her just like this pretty one that i do not know the surname.
A pretty flowering plant that I had a chance to photographed inside SM City Davao.
Very pretty bursts of yellow in this flower!

ReplyDeleteI also visited Davao and fell in love with the place. The flower display at the lobby of Casa Leticia was of birds paradise and something that looks like a fruit, but not a fruit and it's more like a flower :p
