I was born in the first month of the year, thus I was named after the month. I am a photographer wannabe and Welcome to My Photoblog.
This blog has undergone 3 blog title modifications.
The first one was Jan’s Scraps of Life. My initial plan was to make this blog as my online personal diary but I was not that diligent enough to write and update it. I always run out of things to talk about. Until my husband bought me a DSLR camera as an anniversary gift, I began self learning about photography. I got hooked, thus photography became my newest hobby.
I pointed, I clicked and I snapped anything that fancies me. So I decided to convert this blog into a photoblog. My place my haven to show case my hobby, my creativity, my perspective.
I used Hugna: Jan’s Glimpse of the World as my new blog title. Hugna is a visayan word that mean “scenes”, because I aimed to capture scenes of life. But later on I wanted another blog title.
With so much thinking and researching that I might have the same idea, finally I decided to name it this time and promised to be last as “Life’s Concealed Details… a photoblog”.
My fascination with macro photography pushed me to change the title into something macro photography for me is all about. It is about discovering hidden splendor of tiny things and bringing them to life.
