Don’t be fooled by the title guys, most likely it implies food right?
Buzzzzzz WRONG!
Today I won’t be posting and talking about food but rather an annual plant called a “beefsteak plant”.
Beefsteak plant grows form 1-3 feet tall and is incredibly adaptable in both sun and shade. These attractive foliage offers beautifully variegated leaves great for containers, beds and borders on landscape.

The sun was burning hot on Sunday mid-morning onwards, I browsed the internet and played farmtown in facebook although the room feels like an oven, played poker with my friend Nice until we decided to spend the rest of the day at the pool and plunge ourselves on the cold water.
After arriving at Mimar's Springway, we explored the place and noticed this flowing water coming directly from the spring and cascading downwards, (but of course! LOL) a short waterfalls, cold water bouncing on the big rocks.
I’ve seen this kind of photos before but I thought this can’t be captured using a DSLR camera, I thought the pictures I’ve seen before were edited, until last Sunday I finally had a practice shot of a “misty” water falls and finally believed that my camera although an entry level DSLR can already do wonders.
Hope you like it too..

I've been posting mostly flower photos these days it is because flowers seems to be my most popular subject. I enjoyed pointing my camera on them, what more if I already have my macro lens hehehe then I can go more on detail.
But anyways I’ll take a rest on flower-posting today and I’ll share to you one of sun’s faces during the setting period. This photo was taken last Monday, when my friends and I decided to spend an afternoon at
I was really excited because I’ll be shooting another sunset. The sun was bright and the sky is clear at around 3PM when we left home, I was hoping for the same when we arrived at the park but too bad the clouds are angry. The clouds are too dark and it covered my most awaited sunset. Whaaaaaaaah…
So we had our picnic instead, with our “baon” snacks tuna sandwich made by our personal caterer Joven hehehe paired with softdrinks and other “chichirya” junk foods.

Today is the 40th death day of Former President Corazon C. Aquino the “Mother of Philippine Democracy”. To commemorate the day I chose to post this flower because of its bright yellow color that symbolizes freedom and unity.
Yellow was the color used during the 1986 EDSA People Power uprising that brought down Former President Ferdinand Marcos 20-year dictatorship.
And it so happen that I’m attracted to Yellow. My wedding motif was also yellow and I owned several yellow shirts. LOL
Ooopss sorry I do not know the name of this flower yet… I’ll research first and post again soon....
