A Lamp Post

A lamp will light our way when in darkness...

I took this photo last Monday while passing Ditucalan Bridge, I found it to be a good subject to point my lens at i hope you do agree, because it has a bonus a "power transmission tower/lines", the electricity carrier that delivers electricity to light our home, our community.

And this lamp post is his witness.

Sunset @ Iligan Bay

Before I'll leave my desk again to attend another meeting with power plant producers I'll share to you first my SkyWatch Friday for today, my 9th entry.

Canon 1000D, Sigma Lens 18-250

This photo was taken last Monday along Iligan Bay. My hubby and I searched for a nice spot to wait for the sunset and this was the spot we've found, along the highway near barangay Buru-un, Iligan City.

Enjoy!

Not So Late for "New Moon"

I got a hectic start of the week after the 4-day holiday. My boss asked me to go with them on a meeting between our group and other power producers yesterday at Cagayan de Oro City. I assumed I will have a bundle of task after the meeting and I was right I had to prepare presentations, schedules etc. to be used on Friday. This is how busy I am on my day job, but then again I’m still thankful that my boss, section head assigned task for me that means I can be trusted and can do the job reliably.

Since the meeting will not occupy my whole day in Cagayan de Oro I asked my hubby to go with me since he’s on day-off yesterday. He waited for me until I finish and after that we went to SM and had a date. Yippee! Sweet.. lol

We decided to watch movie together to refresh my mind for awhile and we chose to watch New Moon! Too late huh! Not So! We weren’t able to watch it on big screen here in Iligan.

What can I say about the movie then? Hmmm… Since I bought the complete Twilight Saga and I’m done reading it, I compared them and found the movie more exciting than the book. I love the transformation of man to werewolves it was remarkably done, though I hated the part were Bella and Edward parted ways, it was painful and very depressing. But guess what excites me more? It was Jacob (Taylor Lautner) he was so handsome! No wonder girls had gone head over heels on him and I guess I fell in love with him too and I want to be imprinted by him.. hahaha

So that’s it! I guess I better watch out for the “Eclipse” by next year I believe this will be a more exciting one, this is where the real action begins…

Go Team Jacob! whee!
